An off-dry blend of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon, made at Bench 1775 on the Naramata Bench. It was partially aged in new French oak barrels for 12-months and won double gold medals at the Six Nations wine competition in Australia.
It has a luscious honeyed character and is woven with crunchy orchard fruits, spring blossoms, sage and nettle. It is creamy and intense, off-dry and boasts an oily slick texture. Lanolin, beeswax and bright fruit flavours line the palate, it is unique and very tasty.
